Qualifications
We’re looking for second-year students who are:
- Strong communicators and collaborators
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Demonstrated leaders — in class, in clubs, in sports, or in your community
- Excited to learn how a large global company operates
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or just completed the second year of a four-year BA/BS program during the 2026–2027 academic year
- Majoring in a business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field
- Attending an accredited U.S. or Canadian college or university
- For US-based roles: Permanent U.S. work authorization
- For Canada-based roles: Legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
