Chargé de clientèle/Commercial sédentaire
About the role
As a sedentary Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact between Ecodrop and its clients. Your mission: convert incoming leads into satisfied customers, retain existing partners, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and qualify the needs of prospects (artisans, SMEs in construction, developers).
- Actively prospect potential partners (federations, distributors, construction platforms).
- Build and propose customized quotes tailored to construction sites and volumes.
- Ensure operational follow-up of contracts.
- Engage and follow up with the existing client base to maximize recurring business.
- Maintain the internal tool with rigor (client history, opportunities, statuses).
Requirements
What Really Matters
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in service sales or the construction sector.
- Comfortable on the phone, persistent without being intrusive, with a strong service mindset.
- Ability to adapt your communication style to both artisans and agency directors.
What Will Be a Real Plus
- Knowledge of the construction sector or waste management.
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth SME environment.
- Curiosity about environmental and regulatory topics (BSDD, waste traceability).
