- Create engaging, differentiated instruction that helps students build confidence and master essential concepts.

- Create a safe and supportive classroom that encourages participation and curiosity.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to families and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and professional growth.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification (Special Education K–12)
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Subject area certification and/or relevant classroom experience
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and student-centered learning
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
