About the Role

We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are critical in shaping the educational experiences of students and supporting school communities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with state and district standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by school leadership (e.g., committee work, extracurricular supervision).

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification (e.g., through alternative certification programs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s degree preferred for some roles).
  • Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a public school setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
