Elementary School Teacher/Early Years Specialist

About the role

We are a dynamic, private in-home tutoring company dedicated to providing top-tier educational support across all subjects and for students of all ages. We are currently looking for elementary school teachers and tutors.

Responsibilities

• Empower students with academic support based on the Tennessee curriculum.
• Develop customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it.
• Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support—or a challenge to stretch them further.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them in the loop on progress, struggles, and successes.

Requirements

• You hold a current, valid registration with the Tennessee State Board of Education.
• You are a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• You are an Early Years Specialist able to work in-home and in-person.
