Elementary School Teacher - Preschool

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that align with state standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Absorb and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction and providing feedback as necessary
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to support student learning and engagement
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes learning, respect, and responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• AZ teaching certification for elementary education
• Early Childhood Endorsement is required for grades PreK-3
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing lesson plans and activities for elementary students
• Ability to use technology effectively for instruction and student assessment
• Knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
