Elementary Paraprofessional
About the Role
Seeking an elementary school-level paraprofessional to establish a safe and lifelong learning environment where students will succeed. Candidates will work in various instructional settings and must respect all students' privacy while maintaining confidentiality.
The position is full-time, with a schedule of 6.5 hours per day and 32.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support instruction in different settings
- Maintain correct articulation and language use
- Uphold student privacy and confidentiality
- Adapt to changing instructional needs
Requirements
- Must meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional (HQP) requirements or have two years of higher education
- Computer literate or willing to be trained
- Flexible and able to deal with change
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
Pay
Pay range is $20.97 to $24.77 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and education level.
