- Provide classroom support to teacher
- Provide unrelenting positive encouragement to students
- Under the Teacher's guidance, lead small groups or individual instruction and discussions, and review classwork
- Organize the classroom and teaching materials, monitor the classroom during lessons, and minimize distractions and disruptions
