SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Level I Electrophysiology Technologist is responsible for assisting the physician(s) with all adult diagnostic and interventional Electrophysiology procedures. Primary clinical roles include scrubbing and circulating.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)

  • Graduate of an associate or higher academic program in related health science
  • Two (2) years full-time work experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and/or cardiac electrophysiology laboratory
  • Must obtain RCES - Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist certification within 36 months from date of hire
  • Administered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International
  • Must obtain BLS and ACLS certifications within 3 months from date of hire

PAY

Eligibility for shift differential pay based on the terms outlined in company policy or union contract.

SCHEDULE

10-hour shifts, 7:30a - 6:00p, Monday - Friday
