We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real content. The posting includes: Schedule (given), Summary (maybe About the role?), Duties & Responsibilities, Qualifications (Knowledge of RF circuit theory, Experience...), Education & Experience (maybe part of Qualifications?), Requirements. Also there is "Proof of U.S. Citizenship Requirement" line at top. Also "Electronics Test Technician" title but we must not repeat job title as heading. We need to decide sections: Could have

About the role

with summary paragraph.

Responsibilities

with duties list.

Qualifications

with knowledge/experience bullet list.

Requirements

with requirements list.

Schedule

with schedule paragraph. Possibly also

Education & Experience

but that could be merged into Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Education & Experience into Qualifications. Also we have "Proof of U.S. Citizenship Requirement" maybe part of Requirements. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The given cleaned-up text does not contain that. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, and Schedule. We need to format lists using
  • . For prose use

    . Use

for section headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Electronics Test Technician

. Also no Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. From cleaned-up text: PROOF OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Electronics Test Technician Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM SUMMARY Use a variety of tools and equipment to align, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices. Use a variety of Electronic Test Hardware: Multimeters & Digital Multimeters, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes (100 MHz – 2 GHz), Frequency Counters (2 GHz), Spectrum & Vector Signal Analyzers (2–6 GHz), Network Analyzers (1.5 GHz), Signal Generators (Vector, Pulse, or Function), Peak & Average Power Meters, Commercial Off-the-Shelf Test Equipment (COTS), etc. Verify systems and sub-systems meet industry and customer specifications. Meet deadlines per agreed-upon Scope of Work documentation to ensure timely product delivery. Interface with Engineering and Production departments for product reliability. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of RF circuit theory. Experience working with Electronic Test Equipment (Hardware and Software). EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE AA Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent is desired. Minimum 18 months of experience in testing avionics or similar equipment is desired. Minimum 2 years of experience in the assembly, test, troubleshooting, and repair of digital, analog, and RF circuits to the component level preferred. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 workmanship standards preferred. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass a U.S. government background check investigation. Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Lifting of heavy test equipment and systems up to 50 lbs individually. Appropriate manual dexterity needed to work with a variety of hand tools. Vision correctable to 20/20, with no color blindness or color vision deficiency. May involve long periods of standing on one’s feet. For successful performance of this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the general knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list (maybe split into Troubleshooting & Repair and Testing subpoints but we can just list all). - Qualifications: combine Qualifications + Education & Experience (knowledge, experience, degree, etc.) - Requirements: list. - Schedule: schedule paragraph. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We need to ensure we include all substantive info. Let's craft HTML. Start with

    About the role

Use a variety of tools and equipment to align, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices.

    Then

    Responsibilities

with each bullet. We need to include the subheadings "Troubleshooting & Repair:" and "Testing:" maybe as part of list items? Could keep them as list items with bold? But we cannot add extra formatting beyond HTML; we could include them as list items with strong tags? The instruction didn't forbid using inside list items. It only said use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It didn't forbid other tags inside. Safer to keep them as plain list items; we can include the colon as part of text. Thus list items: - Repair units to the component level that fail production acceptance testing. - Determine root cause of failure. - Perform rework to eliminate root cause(s). - Retest the reworked unit, passing production acceptance testing to the same level criteria as a non-reworked unit. - Appropriately balance amount of time invested troubleshooting with the board value/BOM cost (collaborate with supervisor & engineering on when to scrap, etc.). - Maintain required documentation on all activities. - Ensure workstation is in proper working order (clean, well-lit, tools ready, personal protective equipment applied, etc.). - Review paperwork such as BOMs, Work Orders, wiring charts, engineering drawings, diagrams, etc. for each project. - Follow all established test procedures for Navigation Aids (NAVAIDS), Surveillance Radios, and other products. - Perform tests on Digital, Analog, and RF Circuits down to the component level or up to the top system level. - Perform testing on a variety of parts, pieces, components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, modules, and systems. - Perform a variety of test types including pre-tests and final acceptance tests. - Use a variety of Electronic Test Hardware: Multimeters & Digital Multimeters, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes (100 MHz – 2 GHz), Frequency Counters (2 GHz), Spectrum & Vector Signal Analyzers (2–6 GHz), Network Analyzers (1.5 GHz), Signal Generators (Vector, Pulse, or Function), Peak & Average Power Meters, Commercial Off-the-Shelf Test Equipment (COTS), etc. - Verify systems and sub-systems meet industry and customer specifications. - Meet deadlines per agreed-upon Scope of Work documentation to ensure timely product delivery. - Interface with Engineering and Production departments for product reliability. Now Qualifications section: combine Qualifications and Education & Experience. List items: - Knowledge of RF circuit theory. - Experience working with Electronic Test Equipment (Hardware and Software). - AA Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent is desired. - Minimum 18 months of experience in testing avionics or similar equipment is desired. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the assembly, test, troubleshooting, and repair of digital, analog, and RF circuits to the component level preferred. - Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 workmanship standards preferred. Now Requirements section: list items. - Must be able to pass a U.S. government background check investigation. - Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. - Lifting of heavy test equipment and systems up to 50 lbs individually. - Appropriate manual dexterity needed to work with a variety of hand tools. - Vision correctable to 20/20, with no color blindness or color vision deficiency. - May involve long periods of standing on one’s feet. - For successful performance of this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the general knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Now Schedule section: paragraph. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM We could put that in

        Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Now ensure we didn't miss any info: The line "PROOF OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED" at top is covered in Requirements bullet. Also "Electronics Test Technician" title not used as heading. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to output only HTML, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
