Responsibilities
- Operate test equipment, analyze results, and verify hardware conformance.
- Execute functional, environmental, and performance tests according to test plans.
- Document test results, identify non-conformances, and report findings.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain test equipment and ensure compliance with safety and ESD procedures.
Qualifications
- Active DOD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to use scopes, multimeters, power generators, torque and precision measuring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits.
- Ability to follow written procedures and policies, as directed through computer software, Functional Test Plans, and Manufacturing Process Plans.
- Ability to apply epoxy/adhesives as per written directions.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or "D" shift (3 x 12 hrs F/Sa/Su) as required in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between Lockheed Martin and the UAW.
