Why You’ll Love This Role You will be responsible for the installation of motorsport grade harnesses, electronics, and electronics-related components, in a manner the demonstrates, “Everything is Important” What You’ll Do Provides feedback to Production Supervisor on performance and growth of each team memberTrains new/lower grade technicians on processes and proceduresValidate the correct operation of each system to verify operation and performance of electricalSupporting the Electronic Team and End of Line Technicians with electrical and mechanical diagnostics to improve quality measuresWorks with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of automotive manufacturing and automotive electrical system experienceExperience in programming and machine controls or electronics validation and testingExperience in working with electronic tools, crimpers, strippers, soldering irons, and heat gunsComprehensive understanding of motorsport automotive grade electronics and motorsport automotive grade wiringCompetency and comprehensive understanding are working with basic hand tools, cutting tools, air tools, and electric grindersUnderstanding of engine management system and Power Distribution Modules Location & Schedule: This is an onsite position in Torrance, CA What We Offer - Benefits Driven By You The starting pay range for this position is between $38.76 - $45.60 per hour, plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
