We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "FOR OUR SERVICE MEMBERS AND VETERANS", "FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES", "TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION", "Job Link", "SABG is an Equal Opportunity..." etc.
We need to extract substantive content: Brief Description, essential duties/responsibilities, minimum qualifications, education and experience, computer skills, competencies, language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, physical demands, work environment. Also clearance: Top Secret required. Location: Huntsville, AL.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe brief description + location + clearance). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications? but we have separate Qualifications and Skills). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content accordingly.
We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info in posting. So we should NOT include those sections because they are not present. Must not create them with filler.
Thus we may include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly Requirements (maybe combine with Qualifications?). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see what we have:
- Brief Description: SABG is hiring an Electronics Technician II to support the FBI FPSS in Huntsville, AL. This position functions as an Electronics Technician I for projects within HQ and HQ Off-Sites under the Space Management Unit – HQ team.
- Clearance: Top Secret (required)
- Location: Huntsville, AL
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: long paragraph.
- Minimum Qualifications: list of education/experience requirements.
- Education And Experience: more details.
- Computer Skills: Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- COMPETENCIES: list.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: list.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: list.
- REASONING ABILITY: list.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: list.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: list.
Thus we have many specific details. We could group them into sections: About the role (brief description, location, clearance). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications + education and experience). Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? but we need to avoid duplication). Perhaps we can treat Requirements as the minimum qualifications, and Qualifications as the education and experience details? But they overlap. Better to follow typical job posting: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications? but not present). However we have no separate preferred qualifications. Could combine.
Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should not create many sections with little content. We have a lot of content for responsibilities and qualifications. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (covering education, experience, computer skills, competencies, language, math, reasoning, physical demands, work environment). Skills maybe part of Qualifications. But we have a separate "Computer Skills" and "COMPETENCIES". Could include Skills section covering computer skills and competencies? However we already have Qualifications covering many.
We need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll include only those with real content.
Thus:
- About the role: brief description + location + clearance.
- Responsibilities: essential duties.
- Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications (the bullet list). Could also include education and experience? But that's similar.
- Qualifications: maybe Education And Experience + Computer Skills + Competencies + Language Skills + Mathematical Skills + Reasoning Ability + Physical Demands + Work Environment. That's a lot but still substantive.
- Skills: maybe we could omit if covered in Qualifications. But we could keep Skills for computer skills and competencies? However that would duplicate.
Better to follow: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications (the bullet list). Qualifications = Education And Experience + Computer Skills + Competencies + Language Skills + Mathematical Skills + Reasoning Ability + Physical Demands + Work Environment. Skills maybe not needed.
But we have a heading "Skills" in the list; we could put computer skills there, and maybe competencies? However the instruction says use those headings as examples, not mandatory to use all. We can choose which to include.
Thus final HTML:
About the role

Responsibilities
[the essential duties paragraph]

- items. Now for Qualifications section we could include Competencies, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands, Work Environment. But we already included Computer Skills in Requirements; maybe better to move Computer Skills to Skills section. However we have no separate Skills heading used yet; we could create Skills section for computer skills and competencies? But we also have Competencies list. Let's think: The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It does not require us to use all; we can choose. We have a lot of content for competencies etc. Could put them under Qualifications. Thus: - About the role: brief description, location, clearance. - Responsibilities: essential duties. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (the list we extracted). - Qualifications: Education And Experience? But we already used that in Requirements. Actually the posting splits Minimum Qualifications and Education And Experience as separate headings but they are similar. To avoid duplication, we could treat Requirements as Minimum Qualifications, and Qualifications as Education And Experience + Computer Skills + Competencies + Language Skills + Mathematical Skills + Reasoning Ability + Physical Demands + Work Environment. But we already included Computer Skills in Requirements list; maybe we should not duplicate. Let's re-evaluate: The Minimum Qualifications section includes the computer skills line at the end. So we could keep it there. Thus Qualifications will include Education And Experience (the detailed bullet
