Electronics Technician/Designer IV

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise detailed drawings, models, and assemblies using Creo
• Support design activities for components, assemblies, and packaging solutions
• Utilize Windchill to manage document control and workflow processes
• Track, update, and communicate project status to management
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and policies

Requirements

• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in interpreting and producing technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and their applications
• Understanding of engineering principles and their practical application
• High school diploma with technical school training, or equivalent work experience
• Career progression from Drafter to Designer with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability in packaging (specifically sheet metal PCB and electromechanical components)
• Proficiency in the use of Creo software and Windchill Data Management
• The ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, work effectively both in a team environment and independently; and demonstrate ability to respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
