Electronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Engineering hardware fabrication support
• Troubleshooting
• Testing
• Basic Laboratory operations
• Fabrication of electronic/electrical chassis'
• Mechanical rack fabrication using development engineering drawings
• Climbing on ladders (3 - 5 feet)
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working independently
• Discussing technical issues with customers
• Working with vendors

Requirements

• Capable of working independently
• Read and understand drawings and diagrams
• Conduct physical and electronic tests on electronic assemblies and subassemblies
• Disassemble and reassemble electronic assemblies and subassemblies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety standards
• Follow and execute procedures, standards, and sequences
• Have attention to detail
• Experience with reading and interpreting process specs and drawings
