Electronics Technician
Position Summary
Performs routine troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical medical instruments and assemblies using released procedures, drawings, blueprints, etc., to meet established quality and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, adjust, and test analog/digital electromechanical medical instruments to established procedures and specifications (15%)
- Accurately document repairs and/or tests on Quality Device History Records (5%)
- Create labels and package medical instruments and assemblies (5%)
- Complete daily work cell performance metric tracking (5%)
- Evaluate repairs and complete customer repair quotes (5%)
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Electronics from a two-year college or technical school.
- Equivalent Military experience
- 4-7 years as an Electronic Technician or Service Technician
Competences
- Must be able to read/write English and have Basic math skills.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 25 lbs.
