About the role
ConMet Plastics is seeking an Electronics Technician to join their team in Canton, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment using test equipment and diagnostic software
- Install and configure new electronic components and systems
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in electronics repair and installation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical principles and circuitry
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices
- Proficiency with common diagnostic tools and software
