About the role
The Low Voltage Wiring Technician installs, terminates, labels, tests, and troubleshoots cabling and infrastructure within an active hospital environment. This role supports critical systems such as nurse call, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and paging. The technician also assists with electrical installation tasks, including device power supplies and pathways, while maintaining strict safety and infection-control standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot cabling and infrastructure within an active hospital environment.
- Support critical systems such as nurse call, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and paging.
- Assist with electrical installation tasks, including device power supplies and pathways.
- Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
- Three years of experience in electronics required
- Hospital experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and network systems

Pay
The posted compensation range is $23.43 - $39.67 /hour.
Schedule
Day shift, 80 hours per week.
