Key Responsibilities
- Respond to production line calls and provide timely technical support
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (inspections, lubrication, adjustments, part replacement)
- Maintain and support equipment such as conveyors, mixers, fillers, and packaging machines
- Assist with line setups, changeovers, and equipment startups
- Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and downtime causes in work orders
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Identify and report safety hazards and equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- A technical certification or Associate’s degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Experience with: Production and packaging equipment, Motors, conveyors, and sensors, Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Basic knowledge of electrical systems (motor controls, relays, wiring, PLC I/O), Mechanical knowledge (bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, valves)
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment
