Primary Responsibilities

  • Use, set up, configure, and calibrate test equipment such as soldering tools, oscilloscopes, and related devices.
  • Troubleshoot and repair products down to the component level.
  • Read and understand schematics.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure proper setup and calibration of products.
  • Work with OEMs to obtain New Product Information (NPI) and resolve design or testing issues.
  • Understand and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Train and implement processes within the assigned department.
  • Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.

Education / Experience

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required.
  • Prior experience with WMS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware configuration, including Windows OS and LAN setup, is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A customer service mindset is required.
  • A strong team player attitude is expected.

  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
