About the role

Serve as the primary customer contact and manage all day-to-day program activities.
Drive program financial performance including budgets, revenue forecasts, inventory management, and cost control.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Capture and manage New Product Introductions (NPI), engineering changes (ECOs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support contract negotiations, quoting activities, and manufacturing agreement execution.
Monitor program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate regular customer and internal meetings while communicating program status, actions, and key metrics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Program Management experience within an electronics, EMS, or aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience supporting SMT, PCBA/CCA, or systems assembly manufacturing operations.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships in a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within an aerospace, defense, or contract manufacturing setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, inventory, and contract performance.
  • PMP certification and ERP experience (Syteline preferred) are highly desirable.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in program management.
  • Experience in electronics, EMS, or aerospace manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in SMT, PCBA/CCA, or systems assembly manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership experience within an aerospace, defense, or contract manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and contract performance.
  • Preferred PMP certification and ERP experience (Syteline).
