Electronics Business Operations Associate Phoenix, AZ United States | req33768 What you will enjoy doing* You will provide administrative support to the National Electronics Operations Support team and National Electronics Operating RegionServe as the primary contact for Phoenix customer badging requirements, including process ownership, updates, and executionCompile month-end and quarterly reports to support managementAnd you will assist management with ad hoc reporting, budgeting cost identification, and limited project managementMaintain national Electronics vendor and agreement recordsManage gate access for Electronics Operations sitesFurther, you will add technical documentation to GDMS, maintain version control, and assign document numbers in accordance with Linde practicesMaintain and organize the Electronics Operations Support site pageCoordinate travel and lodging for international visitors as requiredPerform additional ad hoc duties as requiredAnd you will work in both office and field environments as neededTravel domestically approximately ten percent (10%)Maintain occasional off-hours availability by laptop and cell phone What Makes You Great You have five (5+) years of experience in an assistant role within an industrial manufacturing environmentBasic project management experience, including developing tools for internal KPI trackingStrong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and on cross-functional teamsA self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervisionYou are proficient with computers and standard software packages, including Microsoft Office and emailAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience, preferred Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
