Electronics Assembler II- Soldering & Electromechanical Assembly
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. We have: - About the role: The description after "Build High-Reliability Electronics That Matter ..." includes a paragraph about the role. Could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list. - Requirements: The "What We're Looking for- Required Qualifications:" list. - Preferred Qualifications: Could be under Qualifications or Skills. We have a list of preferred qualifications. Could be under Qualifications (maybe separate). We'll treat as Qualifications. - Skills: Could be derived from requirements but we already have qualifications. Might not need separate Skills if not explicit. The posting doesn't have a separate Skills section. - Benefits: The "Our Benefits" list. - Pay: The "Compensation" paragraph mentions competitive hourly compensation based on factors. It's not a specific number, but it's still content about pay. The rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation, albeit generic. So we can include Pay section with that paragraph. - Schedule: The "Work Schedule:" line gives schedule. So include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: equal opportunity, ITAR, etc. Also remove "How To Apply" and application instructions. Also remove "Spartronics is an equal opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled ..." and ITAR stuff. Also remove "Every day is different..." maybe part of benefits? It's a generic statement; could be kept under Benefits? It's not a benefit; it's a motivational statement. Might be considered fluff but not boilerplate. It's part of "Why Join Spartronics?" section. We have a "Why Join Spartronics?" paragraph before Benefits. That could be considered About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings; we could put that under About the role or maybe under Benefits? Better to incorporate into About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details from "Why Join Spartronics?" paragraph. Thus About the role section could combine the initial description and the "Why Join Spartronics?" paragraph. Let's extract: Initial description after location: "Build High-Reliability Electronics That Matter Spartronics is hiring an experienced Electronics Assembler / Solderer to join our Plaistow, NH manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone with experience in hand soldering, wire and cable assembly, connector termination, electromechanical assembly, box build, cable routing, or harness assembly who enjoys detailed work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. The soldering performed in this position primarily supports wires, cables, connectors, terminals, splices, and electromechanical assemblies as part of larger high-level and box-build products. You'll help manufacture complex, high-reliability products for demanding industries including aerospace & defense and medical devices while working in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment." Then "Why Join Spartronics? At Spartronics, we're not just building products—we build products lives depend on. Our teams manufacture high-reliability electronic and electromechanical products for aerospace & defense, medical device, life science, industrial, and other demanding markets. At our Plaistow facility, you'll join an experienced manufacturing team where quality and precision matter. This position offers hands-on technical work and the opportunity to continue developing skills in soldering, cable and harness assembly, electromechanical assembly, and complex box-build manufacturing. Our Benefits ..." We'll keep that as About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do". Need to convert each line to

Items: - Full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Flexible Savings Accounts for Medical, Dependent Care, and Limited Purpose (dental and vision only) - PTO and Holiday Pay - Company-paid life insurance and disability at 1 times your annual salary at no cost to you, with options to increase coverage amounts - 401k with a company match of 50% to every dollar up to 6% - Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Legal Insurance optional plans - Employee Assistance Program - Tuition Reimbursement - Opportunities to grow and excel in the Electronics Manufacturing industry at a company that values promotions and learning from within. - Every day is different, challenging, and rewarding. Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m." Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use for each section heading, - for lists,
