Electronic Warfare Engineer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. Your expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and your ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers are essential. You will be involved in enhancing platform EW capabilities and improving the performance of existing platforms through design and integration.
Responsibilities
- Transform Mission Systems requirements into improved EW performance for various platforms.
- Collaborate with OEMs to develop and integrate upgrades that enhance warfighter capabilities.
- Assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to improve system performance and integration.
- Work with existing teams to understand current challenges and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in EW systems and systems integration challenges.
- Strong knowledge of EW systems and the ability to work effectively with a team of engineers.
- Clearance: Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret clearance preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Skills
- Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems.
- Experience with the SETR process.
- Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and CDRL reporting.
- Understanding of EW tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration.

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $61,900 to $141,000 USD.
Schedule
This role is available full-time and part-time, with the option to work remotely, in person at a Booz Allen facility, or at a customer facility, depending on the position type.
