Electronic Warfare Engineer

About the role

As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to designing and integrating radar systems. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to enhance platform Electronic Warfare capabilities. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to transform Mission Systems requirements to improve EW performance of a variety of platforms. Our team supports the Mission Systems team in working with OEMs to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing teams to understand the current challenges and work with OEMs to develop and integrate those upgrades to improve the warfighters' competitive edge.
• Auxiliary in augmenting designs and algorithms to better system performance.
• Use your electrical engineering skills while gaining experience in the radar discipline to sharpen your skills while doing meaningful work.

Requirements

• Experience in EW systems
• Knowledge of EW systems and systems integration challenges

Qualifications

• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to improve warfighter capabilities

Skills

• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

• The estimated salary range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
