Electronic Technician
Job Description
Install, maintain, and enhance electronic components and systems on our advanced high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Tackle complex electrical challenges, including converting systems from 480V AC to 24V DC, to support diverse operational needs.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements that set new industry standards.
Conduct meticulous preventive maintenance routines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime.
Document your contributions with precision in our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring a transparent and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise (5 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in deciphering electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals, coupled with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment, including availability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift to support our around-the-clock operations.

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours, including paid lunch breaks, 8-hour shifts)
- Overtime available (Time and a half paid for hours worked over 8 in a day; double time paid after 12 hours worked in a day)
