Electronic Instrumentation Technician

Responsibilities

• Mantener, diagnosticar y reparar la instrumentación electrónica y neumática de toda la planta, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y reemplazando equipos cuando sea necesario.
• Ejecutar y administrar el programa de calibraciones, incluyendo la coordinación de equipos y servicios externos, la documentación de resultados y el cumplimiento de auditorías internas y externas.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo de la instrumentación según los programas establecidos y registrar todas las actividades en los sistemas electrónicos correspondientes.
• Recomendar, adquirir, instalar y validar nuevos instrumentos y equipos, garantizando el cumplimiento de normas eléctricas y especificaciones del fabricante.
• Capacitar al personal en el uso adecuado de los equipos, reportar riesgos o fallas, mantener áreas de trabajo organizadas bajo estándares 5S y participar en equipos de resolución de problemas.

Requirements

• Grado Asociado en instrumentación de una Escuela Técnica reconocida.
• Por lo menos tres años de experiencia identificando y corrigiendo problemas (“troubleshooting”) de instrumentación de control de proceso industrial y manejando sistemas de calibraciones.
• Poder trabajar turno rotativos 3 semanas en el primer turno de 6:00 am-2:30 pm y una semana en el turno segundo 2:30 pm-10:30 pm Lunes a Viernes.
• Por lo menos un año de experiencia en sistemas distribuidos de control de proceso
• Ocasionalmente levantar objetos de hasta de 65 libras ó moverlos horizontalmente.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.00 and $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Schedule

This role requires working rotating shifts, with 3 weeks on the first shift (6:00 am-2:30 pm) and 1 week on the second shift (2:30 pm-10:30 pm), Monday to Friday.
