Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains and repairs automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical and electrical systems in industrial settings.
- Supports Building Automation and Manufacturing Systems by connecting electrical power systems to the network and associated infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and repair of system malfunctions.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment.
- Performs root cause failure analysis to address and correct the issue causing the failure.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and moving heavy objects.
