Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician

Position Responsibilities

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Work in potentially confined, crowded, guest-occupied spaces of variable noise and temperature levels.
• Navigate stairs and dimly lit areas.
• Remain on feet for an entire shift throughout all venue areas including kitchen, stairs, etc.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology, and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
• Possess a guest-focused mindset; provide an exceptional experience.
• Able to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Must have flexibility to work varied schedules to include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs.
• Familiar with Ethernet data infrastructure.
• Soldering experience.
• Basic understanding of electromechanical devices.
