Electronic Design Engineer II
About the role
As an Electronic Design Engineer II at Honeywell Aerospace, you will design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems that meet project requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative electronic solutions that enhance product performance and reliability. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this onsite role is based in Lancaster, PA.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Design work includes CCAs, cables, electrical subsystems, and test equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic designs into larger systems and products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot design issues to optimize performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in electronic design engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design principles, component selection, and PCB layout considerations.
- Proficiency with electronic design tools such as schematic capture and simulation software.
- Experience with testing and validation of electronic hardware to ensure compliance with specifications.
