Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Supervise a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinical leadership
- Current licensure in the state where the position is located
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
