Electromechanical Assembler

About the Role

This position focuses on working with automated machinery, robotics, and custom equipment builds. It requires hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts, frames, fixtures, and robotic systems based on drawings and documentation.
• Perform alignment, install pneumatic and electrical systems, and route cables neatly.
• Assist with machine debugging, troubleshooting, and system verification.
• Support testing, identify issues, and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and quality standards.
• Suggest improvements in design and assembly processes.
• Work with mechanical designers, controls engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Support installation and commissioning activities as needed.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in automation or machine building.
• At least 1 year of experience with robotics, automated machinery, or custom builds.
• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficient with hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Skills

• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems is a plus.
