Electromechanical Assembler

About the role

The work we do at our facility in Huntsville, AR supports some of the most critical Aerospace and Defense programs in the world, making a difference in both military and civilian life.

Responsibilities

• Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal.
• Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware / tools.
• Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes.
• Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and classes.
• Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
• Perform other assignments as required.

Requirements

• Understand and use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and assembly instructions for simple assemblies.
• Ability to build electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED

Pay

Depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience, they will be hired into an entry (I) level, intermediate (II) level or expert (III) level job and pay scale.
