Duties and Responsibilities

• Improve the machinery ability to run difficult products more efficiently.
• Improve the Plant's weekly PM program making it more effective and efficient.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing machinery and take corrective actions with a sense of urgency.
• Aids Engineering in major projects and machine overhauls.
• Improve the machinery capability in the reduction of set-up time and difficulty. Make the machinery simpler to operate.
• Takes after hour emergency phone calls for machine breakdowns.
