Electro - Mechanical Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform predictive, preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on production equipment
- Repair, maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines
- Repair, assemble and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic systems
- Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation
- Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps
- Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls
- Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems
- Perform facilities and building maintenance
- Document work activities using CMM.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Associate degree or Trade School in a technical field and a minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment OR a high school diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 3rd shift 10pm-6am

Desired Characteristics
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical / electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine repair method for failed components
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC, CNC, and other electronic controls
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Self-motivated and results driven
Pay and Benefits
The base hourly pay range for this position is $36.50-$50.50/hr. This position is also eligible for 10% shift differential.

The Maintenance Technician safely and independently performs preventive, routine and reactive maintenance tasks. This role is at Metem, a GE Power business. Metem offers cooling hole technologies in the power generation and aerospace industries to increase engine efficiency.
