Electricity + Natural Gas Analyst Internship: Summer 2027

About the role

The internship will provide hands-on experience in quantitative trading and strategy development within our finance department. You will work closely with experienced analysts and traders to analyze market trends, develop trading strategies, and contribute to the company's financial models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis using statistical methods and financial models
• Develop and test trading strategies based on market data
• Collaborate with team members to refine and implement trading strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and statistical software
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
