About the role
Energy Solutions is an employee-owned clean energy and climate mitigation consulting firm founded in 1995. We deliver large-scale environmental benefits through engineering, designing, and implementing market-based energy efficiency and demand management solutions. We also develop policies that benefit businesses and society with an equity lens.
Responsibilities
- Support critical People Analytics research and automation
- Develop an entirely new onboarding survey for new hires
- Collaborate with multiple teams across different departments to assess onboarding processes and the new hire experience
- Organize, clean, and validate essential datasets for a high-profile state-wide solar program
- Translate large datasets from one system to another and maintain data integrity
- Identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and propose deliverables
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full- or part-time in an undergraduate program as a second to fourth-year student or enrolled in a graduate program
- A US Citizen or permanent resident
- Available to meet your weekly hours requirement
- Motivated by Energy Solutions’ mission to reduce carbon emissions with an equity lens
