Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including builders, pipefitters, and maintenance staff.
- Lead Electricians: provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Class 1 Electricians – Licensed, capable of performing complex industrial installations and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Class 2 Electricians – Licensed or journeyman-level, experienced with routine electrical work, wiring, and equipment installation.
- Specialist Electricians – Expertise in robotics, controls, automation systems, or other advanced technologies.
- Lead Electricians – Proven leadership experience, ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Industrial or automotive experience preferred.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
