Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform electrical service upgrades, repairs, and installations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes
• Provide homeowners with outstanding customer service and recommendations
• Build trust with customers through professionalism and technical expertise

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

Up to $40/hour base pay; earning potential of $80,000 to $100,000+ annually; performance‑based incentive opportunities; up to $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates.

Schedule

Consistent, full‑time, year‑round work with flexible scheduling options, including traditional and 4x10 schedules.
