We are seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to oversee high-end custom home projects, supervise apprentices, and ensure safe, code-compliant installations. Key Responsibilities Include Planning daily workflows and managing project timelinesReading and interpreting electrical and architectural plansCoordinating with builders and other trades to ensure smooth project executionPerforming advanced electrical work such as rough-ins, trim-outs, service upgrades, and installations of smart home systems, lighting controls, generators, and EV chargersMaintaining organized, safe jobsites and ensuring adherence to safety standardsProviding professional communication with clients throughout projects Qualifications & Skills Experience in residential electrical work, particularly in high-end custom homesStrong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulationsAbility to interpret technical plans and drawingsLeadership skills to supervise apprentices and coordinate tradesExcellent organizational and communication skills
