About the role

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of electrical standards, policies, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to technicians
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and best practices
• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Complete work orders such as conduit runs, wire pulls, and maintenance tasks
• Support capital projects with electrical standards
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Work with PLC, weighing, and labeling systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations
• Handle complex issues independently

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in English
• Electrical troubleshooting expertise
• Valid Minnesota state electrical licensure
• Reliability maintenance experience

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in production maintenance
• Prior industry familiarity
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and detail-oriented
