Electrician- Maintenance Technician

Join the team at Fath Properties! We are seeking candidates to fill two Electrician‑Maintenance positions. This position works at all of our properties, located in North Central Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair and replacement of wiring within apartment communities.
• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Assist with general turnover on vacant apartment units as assigned.
• Maintenance may also include occupied residential units.
• On‑call required.
• Purchase and order supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.

Requirements

• Driver's license – required.
• Electrical Journeyman's License – preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical requirements: able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and steps, operate power equipment such as saws and drills, operate door locks.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $24‑$29.
