Electrician/Maintenance Mechanic
About the role
The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant located in California’s Silicon Valley. This facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume and offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. It also provides in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management, and hubbing, as well as repair services.
Responsibilities
- General plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair to structure and equipment
- Carpentry, painting, cleaning, repairs or improvements to facility within compliance of code regulations
- Construction, repair or alterations to walls, roofs, office fixtures, etc.
- Prepare reports and other duties, as required
- Requires lifting up to 30 pounds, good body mechanics, and the ability to stand for long periods of time
Requirements
- Associates degree or vocational training in related field or equivalent desired
- 2 years of related experience
- Commercial or industrial painting experience (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to perform tasks
- Comfortable working on tall ladders or scaffolding
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
To fulfill these responsibilities, we are looking for an individual with 2 to 4 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Salary Range (annual): $62,400 - $72,800.
