Electrician/Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Perform various facilities maintenance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation, maintenance, and/or repair to structure and equipment
• Carpentry, painting, cleaning, repairs, or improvements to facility within compliance of code regulations
• Construction, repair, or alterations to walls, roofs, office fixtures, etc.
• Prepare reports and other duties as required
• Requires lifting up to 30 pounds, good body mechanics, and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Work on tall ladders or scaffolding

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Commercial or industrial painting experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina to perform tasks
• Attention to detail

Associate degree or vocational training in a related field or equivalent desired.

Pay

Annual salary range: $72,100.00 - $83,352.54. Actual base pay within this range will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
