Electrician: Journeyman - Weekend Shift

About the role

This role consists of three to twelve-hour shifts, working from Friday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The primary focus is on completing day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facilities and production equipment at both Anoka locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, and assist contractors with servicing equipment and systems.
• Complete daily mechanical maintenance duties in addition to electrical responsibilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facility and production equipment.
• Maintain, test, and assist contractors with servicing equipment and systems.
• Assist with PLC systems (Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI systems (Rockwell, iFix, Siemens).
• Work with robotics (ABB, Fanuc), automation, servo motors, and motion control, and variable frequency drives (VFD).
• Provide working knowledge of energy management systems and electrical distribution systems (Ungrounded Delta system preferred).

Requirements

• MN Electrician (minimum Journeyman’s) License or has fulfilled required hours to test for MN Electrician License within 30 days preferred.
• 4+ years electric/mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot, program, configure, and install PLC processors and components, preferred.
• Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $45-$56.20, based on qualifications.
