Important Note
To better assist us with the proper evaluation of your application, be sure that you've listed each experience separately under the Work Experience section of this application. Please do not combine jobs. For example, if you've held more than one position or job level(s) for the same employer, they should be listed and described separately so that the resulting changes in your duties and responsibilities are accurately reflected. Since the information you provide will be used to determine whether you meet the minimum qualification requirements, it is important that you provide detailed and complete information for each position held, i.e., period of employment (from month/year to month/year), number of hours worked per week, and detailed descriptions of your duties and responsibilities.
