Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, lighting, generators, and control systems
• Install and maintain wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other electrical components according to code
• Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions in facility equipment and building systems
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical and safety codes
• Cook up repairs to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations
• Aid with energy-efficiency initiatives and system upgrades across all facilities
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and documentation
• Support the maintenance team with general facility upkeep as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Licensed or certified Electrician (state requirements apply)
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical maintenance experience; healthcare or commercial setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, systems, codes, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and NFPA standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work in various indoor/outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to travel between all Casa Healthcare facilities
