Electrician, EV Charging Field Service (Weekend Coverage Schedule)

Pearce Services · St Louis, MO · 1 mo ago
On-siteManagement$23/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes "Your Impact", "Core Responsibilities", "Other Duties", "Core Experience", "What You'll Receive", "Physical/Work Environment", "Base Pay Range", "What We Offer". Also maybe "About the role" not present; but we can include "About the role" if there is content? The intro paragraph about Pearce could be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Could be "About the role" but not exactly. The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Avoid filler. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more about Pearce visit ..." maybe keep as part of About? It's not essential but could be considered company info. Might keep as part of About the role? Probably we can keep a brief paragraph about Pearce as part of "About the role" or maybe not needed. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the Pearce description as it's substantive about the company. Could be placed under a heading "About the role" or maybe "About Pearce". But allowed headings list includes About the role. We'll use that. We need to include Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities + Other Duties?). Could combine. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Core Experience includes qualifications. Benefits: What You'll Receive + What We Offer. Pay: Base Pay Range. Schedule: mention typical schedule consists of approximately 10-hour workdays, paid port-to-port, etc. Also mention Saturday-Wednesday schedule requirement. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure throughout North America. Pearce provides technical maintenance, repair, operations, and engineering services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup power generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), critical cooling systems, and other electrical and mechanical infrastructure across end markets such as renewable energy, telecom, and data centers. • Ensure that all issues at the site are documented in the work order system and are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as required to properly maintain and operate the site within contractual requirements.
Note: The "Other Duties" paragraph about description not comprehensive can be omitted as it's boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but still part of job description. Might be considered filler? It says "Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing..." That's typical boilerplate; we could drop it as it's not substantive detail. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, boilerplate. This is boilerplate. So omit.

Requirements

  • Electrical – Certified Electrician (Journeyman level) from a relevant state (REQUIRED).
  • 2+ years’ equivalent experience in servicing electrical power equipment in the commercial or utility energy field and/or formal electrical training.
  • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Benefits

  • Typical schedule consists of approximately 10‑hour workdays.
  • Paid port‑to‑port, including travel time between job sites.
  • Company vehicle provided for all work‑related transportation.
  • All tools and equipment supplied by the company.
  • Comprehensive on‑the‑job training provided.
  • $100 bonus for each after‑hours service call, including emergency calls.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development courses.
  • Performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
  • Family‑friendly and innovative culture with opportunities for growth.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, HSA option.

  • Company‑matching 401(k) Retirement, Life Insurance, Tuition reimbursement, and professional development training.
  • Provide a company vehicle, phone, laptop, or tablet along with all necessary tools and safety equipment as required for the role.
But some of these are duplicated: company vehicle appears twice. We can keep but maybe combine. However we should preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay but we could deduplicate. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating same info. Let's consolidate. List unique benefits: - Typical schedule: approx 10‑hour workdays. - Paid port‑to‑port (travel time between job sites). - Company vehicle for all work‑related transportation. - All tools and equipment supplied. - Comprehensive on‑the‑job training. - $100 bonus for each after‑hours service call (including emergencies). - Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision insurance; life insurance; 401k with employer match; paid time off; tuition reimbursement; professional development courses. - Performance and referral bonuses; production incentives; tool/equipment and fuel stipends; per diem or other applicable compensation. - Family‑friendly, innovative culture with growth opportunities. - Paid vacation and paid holidays. - Company‑matching 401(k) Retirement, Life Insurance (already covered), but we can note. - Provision of phone, laptop, or tablet as required. We need to avoid duplication: health/life/401k etc already in comprehensive benefits. We'll keep one. Let's craft Benefits ul with items.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $23 USD – $40 USD.

Schedule

Must be available to work a Saturday‑Wednesday schedule.

We also have typical schedule 10‑hour workdays already in Benefits; but schedule section can mention the shift pattern. We should not create Schedule if we already have schedule in Benefits? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have both schedule details and shift requirement; we could combine schedule info into Benefits or create a Schedule section. Since they ask to use Schedule heading if posting actually states them. The posting states: "Please note that this position requires availability to work a Saturday-Wednesday schedule." and "Typical schedule consists of approximately 10-hour workdays." So we have schedule info. We'll create a Schedule section with both points. Thus Benefits section may exclude the typical schedule line to avoid duplication. But we can keep schedule in Schedule section and not duplicate in Benefits. Let's adjust Benefits to exclude typical schedule line. Benefits list: - Paid port‑to‑port, including travel time between job sites. - Company vehicle provided for all work‑related transportation. - All tools and equipment supplied by the company. - Comprehensive on‑the‑job training provided. - $100 bonus for each after‑hours service call, including emergency calls. - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; 401k with employer match; paid time off; tuition reimbursement; professional development courses. - Performance and referral bonuses; production incentives; tool/equipment and fuel stipends; per diem or other applicable compensation. - Family‑friendly and innovative culture with opportunities for growth. - Paid vacation and paid holidays. - Provision of a company phone, laptop, or tablet along with any necessary tools and safety equipment as required for the role. Now Schedule section:

Schedule

  • Must be available to work a Saturday‑Wednesday schedule.
  • Typical schedule consists of approximately 10‑hour workdays.
Now Pay section as earlier. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "We are an equal opportunity employer." etc. We removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: At end we have "Learn more about us at www.Pearce-Services.com!" That's promotional but could be considered boilerplate; but it's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a call to action; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not essential but it's substantive? It's just a link. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed to remove. Safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not those. It's a promotional link; we could keep but it's not essential. I'd keep it in About the role paragraph maybe. Add at end of About the role: "Learn more about Pearce at www.pearce-services.com." Now ensure no repeated content. Let's craft final HTML. We'll output:
