Electrician Apprentice
Delta Constructors is seeking an Electrician Apprentice to support Journeymen in the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of electrical systems. The role involves handling tools, testing malfunctioning equipment, and identifying defects, as well as completing electrical wiring tasks, alignment adjustments, and calibration of equipment following manuals, schematics, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and code.
Schedule
- 4 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF
- 60 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, and electrical codes
- Assists Journeymen with installation tasks
- Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) year electrical experience; industrial industry preferred
- Two (2) year diploma or degree in electrical technology preferred
- Current and valid driver’s license, with clean driving record (requirements vary by location)
- Current OSHA 10 and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) certificates or ability to obtain upon hire
- Apprentice License from the state of Utah preferred (or ability to obtain; further information available at https://dopl.utah.gov/electrical/)
