Each year, approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities, and we provide over 36 career training programs for immediate employment. Additionally, more than 5,000 high school students take concurrent enrollment classes with us, earning college credit tuition-free. FRCC was recently ranked among the “Top Online Colleges” in the country by Newsweek.
FRCC is committed to educational excellence for everyone, fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where both students and employees feel they belong. Our focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion is integral to our decision-making processes. We are an emerging Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), intentionally creating a college where Latinx and other historically marginalized students thrive. FRCC values collaboration, innovation, and pride, and we seek employees who share our commitment to student success, equity, and excellence.
